Delivered instantly by email as a download link. No shipping applies.
Physical CDs
Discs are made to order — we hold no stock. They are manufactured and dispatched from the United States, usually within one business day of your order.
Where we ship
We ship physical discs to just over 50 countries. If a disc shows as sold out in your region at checkout, our manufacturer does not ship there and we are unable to fulfil the order.
Delivery estimates, from dispatch
- United States — USPS First Class, 2–5 business days. UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are also available at checkout.
- Everywhere else — Air Mail, untracked. Please allow 2–4 weeks.
Our manufacturer quotes 7–14 business days for international Air Mail, but untracked post frequently takes longer, and customs clearance adds time that nobody can predict. Please plan for 2–4 weeks rather than the shorter figure.
International orders are not tracked
Outside the United States there is a single Air Mail service with no tracking number, so once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot tell you where it is. If your order has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email support@danielhansonmusic.com and we will make it right.
Customs, duties and import VAT
Discs ship from the United States. Orders going elsewhere may attract import duties, taxes or a carrier handling fee on delivery. These are set by your own country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Wrong or damaged items
Email support@danielhansonmusic.com and we will replace or refund it. Please do not post it back before contacting us — see our refund policy.
